The 2012 Festival of Lights at Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park started off with a sponsor’s reception on Thursday evening, Nov. 29 inside the Stephen Foster Museum, followed by a visit from Santa, a serenade of songs by the South Hamilton Elementary (SHE) choir and a sneak preview of the amazing holiday light displays throughout the park.
